Refund policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective. Defective items can be replaced with the same item or store credit only. 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
  • Lathe Cut Records can only be replaced or exchanged if the record is defective and will not play. Lathe-Cut Records are low fidelity and do not sound like a normal record.
  • There are no returns for digital goods (downloads like digital files, mp3s, etc)
  • Returns and exchanges not guaranteed for limited edition items. These products are available in limited quantities and/or for a limited time

To initiate a return:

Please reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return and why. We may ask for additional information if the purchased item is specified to be defective.

Return Timeline:

  • Refunds can take up to 2 weeks to process
  • Additional time may be required for limited edition items, as they are ordered per batch

Return Shipping:

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective


Damaged or Missing Items:

If your order arrives damaged, reach out to us by replying to the confirmation email or through the contact page on our website within 72 hours of order receipt. Please note that unfortunate as it may be, minor damage may occur during shipping. We will do our best to find a solution that works for you.
If your item has not arrived or you believe it to be missing, please reach out and we will investigate further on your behalf.
